Prabhupada describes the Lord in the heart as Paramatma, who is an expansion of Krsna and accompanies the Jiva. Sounds quite simple, but this is a point of controversy for many.

Can we get more elaboration on SP translation in this section :
" O Nāciketā, the expansions of Lord Viṣṇu as the tiny living entity and the Supersoul...... "
So, living entities here said as, expansions?

This is a quite technical and intrincate point. We are separated expansions of Krsna, different from His Viṣnu Tatva expansions. We are very small, and we are separated from Him, while the Viṣnu Tatvas are God Himself, the same person appearing in different forms. In any case, we come from Krsna, as Prabhupada explains repetedly. "Marginal energy" simply means we have free will, and thus can choose between being under the shelter of the material or spiritual energies
