One may apply material logic in trying to understand Krsna, and ask that if Krsna is the cause of everything that exists, what is the cause of Krsna? Brahma answers this question.

Just a small question I have - Even if one commits the most abominable action, if he is engaged in devotional service he is to be considered saintly because he is properly situated in his determination. He quickly becomes righteous and attains lasting peace. Is there any commetry of our Ācāryas regards this verse because this can be later used as a license to do wrong things?

This applies to one who is sincere but makes mistakes or falls down accidentally. Prabhupada commented on that in a number of occasions.
