We all go through ups and downs in life. Things rarely go the way we expect. When suffering becomes too acute, one can even go into depression or simply lose his will to live. What to do?
Hare Krishna! Whilst I don’t disagree with this “when we help others, our attention becomes fixed on them instead of on our own problems.”, I think this could also be a slippery slope. This could very easily enter into the codependency territory, with the urge to rescue others.
How would you draw the line between service and codependent behaviors?
The main point is that service to others must be connected to seeing their relationship with Krsna. We then help them in ways that help them to remember their connection with Krsna, instead of just helping the body.
Hare Krishna Prabhu ji 🙏 very englightning article. But I have question whenever we face problems, we become sad and our mind don't allow to communicate with people either our mind keep on speculating the solution our mind wants and push us in that direction, in that scenario how to serve others and what can be done!?

Thank you for great reminder that we can serve the Lord by serving those around us. Vasudeva sarvam iti 🙏🏼
