Prabhuji but what about protein in omad? I heard that (0.8-1.2g)/kg of body weight protein is required daily.

You can get enough protein if you plan what you eat; there is material available on the web from vegans. For lacto vegetarians is relatively easy because we also take milk and chesse, which are good sources.
