5. where in each univerae does rhe milk ocean lie? abive garbha ocean?

1,2 - This is mentioned in the Srimad Bhagavatam and other puranas, its a very common reference.

4- Garbodaka, yes, the ocean inside each universe
5- There is one milk ocean in Bhu-mandala and another in Druvaloka. Swetadwipa can appear in either of them.
